Emily Zhou’s piano journey began at the age of 3. Over the years, she has had the privilege of studying with renowned professors who have encouraged her to pursue a Master of Music in Piano Performance at the University of Toronto.

Since beginning her piano teaching career in 2008, she has passionately developed a variety of teaching techniques to meet the individual needs and desires of her diverse students. Patience, encouragement, and individualized attention are the cornerstones of her teaching methodology, which aims to create a positive environment that fosters musical growth.

Under Emily's tutelage, her students have achieved remarkable success, winning numerous honors including provincial gold medals in the RCM program and top prizes in the Crescendo International Competition. Their accomplishments are a testament to Emily's dedication and the effectiveness of her teaching methods. She looks forward to inspiring and nurturing the talents of her current and future students.
