Becoming a Violinist | Episode 13
Inspired by a local youth string orchestra, Tanya Charles Iveniuk has been on the path to "making it big" as a freelance violinist since the age of 10. (She's definitely made it!) On her way to Carnegie Hall, she stopped by to answer some hard-hitting questions for us. Why do violinists have to stand when they play? Why do performers get flowers? Should we throw candy at our favourite musicians? She also helps us shake the winter chill with a performance of Vivaldi's "Summer."
